Senior .Net Back-end Developer
About the Role
You will design and implement event-driven and microservice-based architectures using modern .NET technologies. You will build and maintain RESTful APIs and background services that support real-time financial operations. You will take ownership of features from concept to production, including architecture, testing, and monitoring. You will proactively refactor legacy components to improve scalability, security, and maintainability. You will translate product and compliance requirements into robust unit, integration, and end-to-end tests. You will contribute to code reviews, CI/CD workflows, documentation, and knowledge sharing, and participate in Agile ceremonies with product, QA, and DevOps.
Requirements
- 4+ years of commercial experience with .NET and C# in production systems
- Hands-on experience with .NET Core 3.1+ or .NET 6+ and ASP.NET Core Web API
- Experience building background services
- Expertise in distributed systems and event-driven architecture
- Practical understanding of multithreading async/await and resilient high-load systems
- Experience with MSSQL and Redis including caching transactions and query optimization
- Knowledge of message orchestration patterns such as saga idempotency and dead-letter queues
- Familiarity with SOLID principles clean code and design patterns
- Good English for documentation and Ukrainian or Russian communication skills
