About the Role
You will monitor, benchmark, and optimize systems where performance is critical. You will analyze low-level systems to identify performance bottlenecks and conceptualize systems at different levels of abstraction. You will dive into unfamiliar technical and non-technical areas, take ownership of performance work, and collaborate with colleagues to deliver measurable improvements.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in high-performance computing
- Low-level systems experience
- Ability to conceptualize systems at different levels of abstraction to identify performance bottlenecks
- Demonstrated high agency and willingness to dive into unfamiliar technical and non-technical areas
- Team-first attitude
- Passion for decentralized finance
- Experience working with blockchain technology, preferably Solana
