Senior Performance Engineer, Trading Infrastructure
About the Role
You will profile, tune, and optimize low-level services implemented in Rust or C++ that power latency-sensitive trading and data systems. You will design systems for microsecond-sensitive environments, ship performance improvements with immediate impact, and own foundational systems end-to-end, keeping them simple, reliable, and easy to operate.
Requirements
- 5+ years of systems-level engineering in Rust or C++
- Deep experience tuning high-throughput, latency-sensitive systems
- Strong intuition for hardware, operating systems, and network performance
- Ability to operate with high ownership on difficult technical problems
- Desire to push performance to the limit
