Senior Policy Analyst
About the Role
You will analyze and interpret global regulatory trends and policies affecting cybersecurity and cryptocurrency. You will develop policy recommendations to ensure compliance with international financial regulations, engage regulatory bodies and stakeholders to advocate for favorable policies, prepare reports and policy briefs on regulatory changes, collaborate with internal teams to align business practices with regulatory requirements, and lead discussions and workshops on regulatory strategy and compliance issues.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in policy analysis with a focus on financial regulation and compliance
- Strong understanding of global financial policies and regulatory environments
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Ability to synthesize complex information and provide clear impactful insights
- Master's degree in Public Policy Law Economics or a related field
- Experience in cryptocurrency or digital asset regulation (preferred)
- Familiarity with international compliance standards (preferred)
- Proven track record of influencing policy changes (preferred)
- Strong network within regulatory and governmental bodies (preferred)
