Senior Product Analyst
About the Role
You will lead onboarding efforts for new business customers, working with operations, compliance, and sales to ensure smooth integrations. You will analyze product performance, track onboarding metrics, and surface data-driven insights to improve workflows. You will design and implement onboarding processes, define business requirements and user stories with product managers, troubleshoot integration issues, and report key findings to stakeholders using analytics tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Economics, or a related field
- 4-8 years of experience in a product analyst or similar role, preferably at a B2B company
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to work with complex data sets
- Experience with product analytics tools
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand customer needs and tailor onboarding solutions
- Analyze product performance and track metrics to identify improvement opportunities
- Support the design and implementation of onboarding workflows for new business customers
- Facilitate integration of company accounts into the platform and troubleshoot issues
- Provide data-driven insights to enhance user experience and product adoption
- Define business requirements and create user stories with product managers
- Use analytics tools to measure onboarding success and report findings to stakeholders
