Senior Product Designer
About the Role
You will lead the design of complex features and products from concept to launch. You will collaborate with product managers to define strategy and requirements, conduct and analyze user research to inform design decisions, and create high-fidelity prototypes and specifications. You will present and defend design solutions, contribute to the design system, and give and solicit feedback to raise design quality.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design
- Experience working with product analytics and partnering with data teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Sketch
- Experience partnering across engineering, product, marketing, research, and content
- Experience with design systems and pattern libraries
