Senior Product Designer
About the Role
You will craft world-class interfaces for complex, data-heavy products. You will own Figma-based workflows and a scalable design system, prototype and test solutions, and iterate based on user research. You will collaborate closely with engineers to turn designs into implemented features and clarify complex information for users. Web3 and DeFi experience is a plus, and occasional use of Framer may occur.
Requirements
- Portfolio demonstrating data-centric UI work
- Proven ability to drive product work end-to-end
- Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and own design strategy and execution
- Strong communication skills for collaboration and stakeholder presentations
- Automate and optimize design workflows
- 5+ years of product or UI design experience
- Expertise in Figma including Auto Layout, variables, component sets, libraries, and prototyping
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Practice of design thinking from discovery to iteration
- Experience with web3, DeFi, or blockchain interfaces
- Fintech or B2B software design experience
- Data visualization and dashboard design experience
- Experience building or scaling design systems
Responsibilities
- Lead UI design across digital platforms with pixel-perfect execution
- Build and maintain a scalable design system in Figma
