Senior Product Designer
About the Role
You will design intuitive, high-impact experiences across web, mobile, and agentic interfaces from early exploration through launch. You will translate AI-driven insights into human-centered interfaces, craft Points and Rewards experiences, and visualize onchain data and actions in clear, empowering ways. You will prototype quickly from low-fidelity flows to interactive AI-powered experiments, run user testing, analyze behavior, and turn insights into design improvements. You will advance the design system, collaborate with PMs and engineers to ship polished work, leverage AI design tools, and mentor and critique other designers.
Requirements
- 5+ years designing digital products across web mobile or AI-driven interfaces
- Portfolio showcasing clarity craft and systems-level thinking
- Experience designing or conceptualizing AI-assisted or agentic experiences such as chat personalization automation or adaptive UX
- Familiarity with gamification loyalty programs and rewards systems and making engagement feel meaningful
- Comfortable designing with data analytics and experimentation in mind
- Expertise in Figma design systems and component-driven workflows
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered design tools and emerging creative workflows
- Experience or curiosity in fintech DeFi trading or web3 and how people interact with money risk and reward
- Excellent communication skills to simplify complexity and align teams
- Comfortable working in a remote async culture
- Passion for AI crypto and building frontier products
- Belief that design bridges emotion and intelligence where clarity builds trust
Responsibilities
- Design intuitive high-impact experiences across web mobile and agentic interfaces from early exploration to launch
- Collaborate with PMs Engineers and Researchers to translate AI-driven insights into human-centered products
- Shape how users interact with AI including conversational contextual and adaptive learning-driven interfaces
- Craft and evolve Points and Rewards experiences and integrate gamification and loyalty systems
- Prototype rapidly from low-fidelity flows to interactive AI-powered experiments
- Visualize onchain data and actions to make them understandable and empowering
- Leverage AI design tools such as Claude GPT Cursor and Midjourney to accelerate ideation research and iteration
- Advance the design system and interaction patterns to ensure consistency and adaptability
- Collaborate with engineering to ensure designs ship with precision performance and polish
- Run user testing and analyze behaviour translating insights into actionable design improvements
- Mentor critique and inspire others through thoughtful feedback curiosity and experimentation
