Senior Product Designer
About the Role
You will lead end-to-end product design across core money movement flows, turning complex systems into simple, reliable interactions. You will define and evolve a coherent design language, translate user research into clear product decisions, and partner tightly with engineering and product to deliver stable, polished features. You will improve onboarding and sending-money journeys, create moments of clarity and delight, and drive design work from concept through production with high quality and attention to trust and reliability.
Requirements
- Senior and hands-on with a portfolio of shipped design work
- First principles thinking and ability to take projects from zero to one
- Design judgment grounded in user outcomes
- Ability to independently drive features from concept to production
- Ability to maintain quality in fast-moving environments
- Background at top consumer fintechs (nice to have)
- Experience scaling products rapidly (nice to have)
- Experience shipping near a public launch (nice to have)
- Familiarity with stablecoins and crypto or eagerness to learn (nice to have)
