Senior Product Designer
About the Role
You will create visually stunning and highly interactive product designs and lead design initiatives end-to-end from concept to launch. You will conduct detailed user research, build prototypes, run usability tests, and refine designs based on feedback. You will establish and maintain design guidelines to ensure consistency across platforms and collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver user-centric experiences.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in product design
- Strong portfolio of consumer-facing design projects
- Proficiency in prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to bring ideas to life
- Passion for blockchain and decentralized finance
- Experience designing for web and mobile platforms in fintech or blockchain (preferred)
- Understanding of financial markets, trading, and DeFi (nice to have)
- Willingness to learn about financial markets and DeFi
