Senior Product Designer
About the Role
You will own end-to-end design for core product features, from problem framing through shipped UI. You will run user research and usability testing to validate assumptions and uncover pain points. You will rapidly prototype concepts and detailed flows, and produce high-fidelity interfaces that balance user needs, business goals, and compliance requirements. You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and operations to ship, test, and iterate on real-world workflows. You will contribute to and evolve the design system, champion accessibility, resolve UX/UI inconsistencies, and define product design metrics.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience planning and conducting user research and synthesis
- Experience with usability testing
- Fluency in Figma and rapid prototyping
- Strong collaboration with engineering partners
- Ability to synthesize complex and interdependent needs
- Ability to mock solutions in detail and work with engineers to build them
- Minimum 5 years of experience
