Senior Product Designer
About the Role
You will lead the end-to-end design process for new features and product improvements. You will shape product direction during research and discovery and collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and marketing to define and ship high-quality user experiences. You will use qualitative and quantitative data to inform decisions, run light-weight user research, and measure impact post-launch. You will maintain and evolve the design system and visual language in Figma and make complex flows feel intuitive, especially in crypto and fintech contexts.
Requirements
- 3+ years of product design experience, ideally at fast-paced startups or in fintech or crypto
- Generalist skills across UX, UI, research, and systems thinking
- Experience working with product managers and engineers from idea through launch
- Ability to run light-weight user research and synthesize insights
- Fluency with Figma and experience managing components, design systems, and prototypes
- Ability to design with data including funnels and dashboards (Posthog, Metabase)
- Understanding of or eagerness to learn APIs, architecture, and web3 mechanics
- Comfortable working autonomously and collaboratively
