Senior Product Designer
About the Role
You will shape design culture, systems, and strategy and own the design process end-to-end. You will perform discovery, wireframing, prototyping, and delivery; create and maintain design systems, workflows, and tools; collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering; iterate quickly on designs and respond to live feedback; and onboard rapidly to deliver value within the first 90 days.
Requirements
- Proven track record leading product design efforts at fast-paced startups
- Expertise in Figma
- Experience using Notion for documentation and collaboration
- Self-starter with strong ownership and fast execution
- Ability to develop scalable design systems and align them with cross-functional goals
- Exceptional collaboration and communication skills working with diverse teams
- Deep ownership of complex design problems and strong product instincts
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process from discovery and wireframing to prototyping and delivery
- Create and maintain design systems, workflows, and tools to enable rapid execution and consistency
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering to align on goals and deliver user-centric solutions
- Champion user-centered design and influence product strategy
- Onboard rapidly to product and business and deliver value within 90 days
- Design mocks within 24-48 hours and iterate quickly based on feedback
- Respond promptly to live feedback and adjust designs during implementation
