Senior Product Designer

About the Role

Requirements

• 5 years of product design experience including research, prototyping, and implementation of user-facing applications
• Relevant design work in FinTech or adjacent industries
• Demonstrated experience working with component libraries or design systems
• Strong desire to design within the context of web3, blockchain, or decentralized finance
• Proficiency with modern design tools such as Figma or Framer
• Excellent visual design and interaction design skills with a strong portfolio demonstrating independent project ownership
• Strong communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver end-to-end design projects for consumer products
• Invent new mental models and design cutting-edge interactions for DeFi
• Create conceptual wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using qualitative and quantitative data
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and research to influence product strategy
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of a unified design system
• Mentor junior designers and define best practices through feedback and documentation
• Contribute to the broader design culture through writing, presentations, and community engagement
