Senior Product Designer
About the Role
You will design and prototype end-to-end mobile experiences for iOS and Android. You will work directly with product managers, user researchers, engineers, and data analysts from discovery through delivery. You will create high-fidelity designs, interactions, and prototypes in Figma, craft user research plans, run user tests, and iterate based on findings. You will contribute to and maintain the design system and component library, produce illustrations and animations that can be converted to Lottie, communicate design decisions in review sessions, and proactively identify UX improvements. Expect occasional travel for market immersion trips and onsite collaboration.
Requirements
- Fluency in English
- At least 8 years of end-to-end in-house product design experience, preferably consumer mobile apps
- Excellent visual and interaction design skills
- High attention to detail and visual craft
- Strong illustration and animation skills (After Effects or formats convertible to Lottie)
- Experience with low and high-fidelity design and prototyping
- Ability to deliver high-quality designs with speed and polish
- Bias towards action and proactive UX improvements
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to reason through complex interaction design and technical tradeoffs
- Curiosity for understanding customer behaviors and needs
- Experience balancing business goals customer needs and technical constraints
- Ability to speak read and write French is a plus
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers researchers engineers and data analysts from discovery to delivery
