Senior Product Engineer
About the Role
You'll build user-facing features using reusable React components, engage directly with users to gather feedback, and help define and architect the long-term technical direction. You will collaborate with designers and engineers to launch and iterate features, improve monitoring and alerting, reinforce security, availability, performance and scalability, and contribute to code reviews.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Strong knowledge of Typescript
- Strong knowledge of Javascript (ES6+)
- Strong knowledge of CSS (media queries, animations and/or modern animation libraries)
- Experience working with React
- Experience working with NextJS
- Deep understanding of modern state management patterns and libraries (React Hooks/Context, React Query, Zustand, Mobx, or Recoil)
- Experience with front-end performance optimization
- Experience improving monitoring and alerting
- Experience reinforcing security, availability, performance, and scalability
- Plus: experience with normalized caching strategies
- Plus: experience working with RSC
- Plus: experience with data-intensive applications
- Plus: previous development experience in blockchain or crypto (familiarity with wagmi, ethers.js)
- Plus: familiarity with Polymarket or other prediction markets
- Plus: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
