Senior Product Manager
About the Role
You will own the product strategy and execution for core components that enable decentralized AI. You will define and prioritize the developer experience for storing, publishing, and computing large AI datasets and models on-chain. You will translate product requirements into technical specifications, manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and own delivery from conception to launch. You will measure platform usage, gather developer feedback, iterate on APIs and SDKs, and serve as the internal expert on AI infrastructure, decentralized compute and data availability.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience with a track record of shipping complex technical B2B or developer-focused infrastructure products
- Strong technical background with a solid understanding of AI and ML concepts including models, training, inference, and datasets and/or distributed systems and cloud infrastructure
- Experience with blockchain technology and Web3 and a strong point of view on the intersection of AI and decentralization
- Ability to articulate a clear vision, strategy, and priorities to technical and non-technical audiences
- Demonstrated skill in gathering and synthesizing user requirements from developers and translating them into a cohesive product plan
- Data-driven and user-obsessed approach to decision-making and product iteration
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
- Direct experience as an ML engineer, data scientist, or in building AI/ML platforms (nice to have)
- Deep knowledge of modular blockchain landscapes, data availability layers, or decentralized storage solutions (nice to have)
- Knowledge of cryptography such as zk-proofs as it relates to verifiable AI (nice to have)
Responsibilities
- Establish and evangelize the product vision and roadmap for AI infrastructure, including data availability, storage, and compute primitives
- Understand AI developers and researchers and design and prioritize APIs, SDKs, and tools that abstract blockchain complexity
- Identify and prioritize key use cases to drive adoption and partner with business development to onboard ecosystem partners
- Translate product requirements into actionable technical specifications and manage the product backlog
- Prioritize features and own delivery of high-impact capabilities from conception to launch
- Define key success metrics, analyze usage data, gather developer feedback, and iterate to improve product-market fit
- Serve as the internal market expert on AI/ML infrastructure trends, competitor landscapes, and decentralized AI needs
