Senior Product Manager, API (L3)
About the Role
You will define and deliver developer-facing API and data products that are valuable, viable, usable, and feasible. You will collaborate with engineering, design, growth, sales, and operations to drive product impact, lead projects from ideation to launch, and measure outcomes. You will run experiments, analyse product metrics, perform user and market research, produce documentation for internal and external users, and mentor junior product managers. You will also support ad hoc tasks and continuously improve product processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years product management experience with software, B2B, or developer-centric products
- Hands-on familiarity with API technologies and data delivery solutions
- Ability to learn blockchain and cryptocurrency domain knowledge quickly
- Proficiency in product discovery, optimization, delivery, and full lifecycle practices
- Experience using data tools to derive insights and make actionable decisions
- Proven ability to engage with engineers, designers, and leaders at all levels
- Strong user research and stakeholder engagement skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Demonstrated problem-solving with data-informed written narratives
- Interest in finance, economics, and cryptocurrency
Responsibilities
- Develop product solutions according to product vision and strategy
- Collaborate with engineering and design to build developer-friendly API and data products
- Work with cross-functional teams to drive product impact
- Contribute to high-level product strategy and decisions
- Lead projects by defining milestones and delivering scoped outcomes
- Conduct user research and competitive analysis
- Execute ideation, technical development, and launch of product features
- Run experiments and perform data-driven analysis
- Monitor user reactions and improve reporting and metrics
- Create support and training documentation for internal and external users
- Mentor interns and junior product managers
- Support ad hoc company tasks as required
