Senior Product Manager, Base
About the Role
You will articulate and execute product strategy to grow the onchain ecosystem, working closely with engineering, design, and data science to discover and deliver solutions. You will own quarterly outcomes, the product backlog, and week-to-week execution. You will define metrics, report progress, surface blockers, and collaborate with ecosystem builders to uncover high-impact product opportunities that improve onboarding and distribution for builders and users.
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience with cross-functional collaboration
- 3+ years of onchain experience with deep understanding of Ethereum and onchain communities
- Proven cross-functional experience with BD, marketing, finance, and legal
- Owner mindset and ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience derisking initiatives and delivering customer and business value
