Senior Product Manager
About the Role
You will lead the development of core product features across the product lifecycle, from vision to execution. You will define and drive the roadmap, own feature ideation and launches, collaborate closely with R&D and engineering, gather and prioritize customer feedback, analyze market and product data, manage trade-offs, and communicate progress and decisions to stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in cybersecurity or Blockchain/Web3
- Strong ability to understand and engage with technological fundamentals of the product domain
- Experience collaborating with R&D on technical requirements, system architecture, and feasibility
- Proven track record of leading features from concept to launch with measurable business impact
- Proven ability to gather and prioritize customer feedback and translate it into actionable features
- Experience working cross-functionally with R&D, marketing, and sales
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical skills and ability to make data-driven product decisions
