Senior Product Manager, Custody & Blockchain
About the Role
You will own and drive the roadmap for blockchain products, developing and scaling infrastructure that enables on-chain issuance, transfer, and settlement. You will lead multi-chain integrations, collaborate with institutions to deliver APIs and toolkits, and define security and compliance practices. You will use analytics and hands-on research to optimize protocol performance, improve scalability and cost efficiency, and coordinate cross-functional teams to launch regulated blockchain solutions.
Requirements
- 6-8 years of Product Management experience delivering complex technical products
- Experience in blockchain crypto fintech or infrastructure domains
- Technical fluency with blockchain protocols smart contract platforms cryptography and APIs
- Experience partnering with enterprise clients to deliver scalable high-compliance solutions
- Data-driven decision making using product analytics and on-chain data
- Understanding of digital asset regulatory frameworks and compliance practices (eg AML KYC FATF) is preferred
