Senior Product Manager / Director Product Management
About the Role
You will define and own product roadmaps for blockchain-based payments and identity platforms, translate roadmaps into clear product requirements, and prioritize the backlog balancing near-term deliverables and longer-term investments. You will act as Product Owner for scrum teams, provide product vision, execute against business and engineering milestones, communicate strategies and trade-offs to senior leaders and development teams, and align expectations with engineering, architecture, partners, and professional services throughout the software development lifecycle.
Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on product management experience
- 2–3 years of prior experience as a software engineer
- Deep payments domain knowledge
- Deep blockchain domain knowledge
- Experience with architecture design and implementation of payment processing systems
- Experience with large-scale processing of structured and unstructured data
- Experience with modern web frameworks and writing REST APIs
- Ability to juggle strategy execution and operational activities
- Self-driven and able to thrive in fast-paced uncertain situations
- Strong communication negotiation and collaboration skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Master's degree in Computer Science and/or MBA preferred
