Senior Product Manager

About the Role

You will turn insights from data and customer research into powerful, intuitive tools that help studios launch and grow successful games. You will prioritize the right problems, lead discovery and user research, design experiments, and iterate quickly to ship high-quality SaaS features. You will work closely with engineers, designers, and commercial partners to clarify requirements, align on technical trade-offs, and measure product impact through clear metrics and dashboards.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in product management, strategy, or growth
  • Experience in SaaS, gaming, or other technology-led environments
  • Proven ability to build and scale products from zero to one or through rapid iteration
  • Strong technical fluency and ability to collaborate with engineers on architecture, data models, integrations, and APIs
  • Track record of using data to shape product decisions and designing experiments
  • Deep customer empathy and ability to translate qualitative and quantitative feedback into product direction
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills
  • Structured yet creative problem-solving and attention to measurable outcomes
  • Strong commercial instincts and ability to connect product outcomes to business growth
  • Familiarity with product analytics and experimentation tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, Looker, AppsFlyer, or LaunchDarkly
  • Experience with AWS, TypeScript, React, or Node.js

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the roadmap for customer growth products
  • Partner with business development, commercial, and data teams to identify customer segments and growth opportunities
  • Use data and customer insights to identify friction in the studio lifecycle and translate findings into product improvements
  • Lead discovery sessions, user interviews, and partner workshops
  • Design and run experiments to validate hypotheses and measure product performance
  • Collaborate with engineers and designers to deliver high-quality SaaS features on time
  • Build frameworks and dashboards to track KPIs such as conversion, activation, retention, and partner satisfaction
  • Communicate priorities, trade-offs, and progress between technical and commercial teams
