Senior Product Manager Markets
About the Role
You will define and execute the vision and roadmap for the exchange and Markets product infrastructure, including OTC desk, market making, back office and sales. You will translate business, operations and trading needs into clear functional requirements, epics and acceptance criteria, and prioritize roadmaps by impact. You will design and run prototypes, A/B tests and experiments to validate hypotheses and optimize acquisition, activation, retention, revenue and product health. You will build and evolve dashboards and funnels to monitor performance and detect operational or technical improvement opportunities. You will act as the main interlocutor with B2B and B2C product teams and technical staff, translating complex business requirements into viable, scalable technical solutions and ensuring SLA compliance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management or Project Management, ideally in fintech, crypto, payments or trading platforms
- Experience working with engineering, design and data teams in agile methodologies
- Familiarity with fintech B2C and B2B models and financial infrastructure products
- Proficiency with Jira, Figma, SQL and Metabase
- Strong analytical skills and results orientation
- Excellent communication, synthesis and storytelling skills
- Ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements
- Experience managing roadmaps, processes and multidisciplinary stakeholders
- Advanced English (oral and written); Portuguese highly valued
- Experience in startups or high-growth environments is a plus
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for the exchange and Markets infrastructure (OTC desk, market making, back office, sales)
- Collaborate on product strategy with leadership and cross-company stakeholders
- Formulate hypotheses and validate them through prototypes, A/B tests and experiments
- Design outcome-oriented roadmaps and prioritize by value versus effort and metric impact
- Translate business, operations and trading needs into functional requirements, epics and acceptance criteria
- Prioritize and plan the roadmap, coordinating timing and trade-offs
- Create, maintain and evolve performance dashboards, funnels and key metrics
- Monitor acquisition, activation, retention, revenue, product health and operational signals
- Detect optimization and efficiency opportunities through data and technical performance analysis
- Serve as primary interlocutor between Markets and B2B/B2C product and technical teams
- Translate complex business requirements into viable and scalable technical solutions
- Ensure compliance with SLAs and consistency in execution of key processes
