Senior Product Manager — Payments
About the Role
You will own and scale account-linking and authentication infrastructure that connects wallets, exchanges, and financial accounts. You will define the product strategy and roadmap, work with engineering, compliance, security, and partner operations to deliver reliable, secure, and developer-friendly authentication and linking systems, and optimize for conversion and global integration.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3+ years experience in Product Management
- Experience building products, APIs, and tooling for an ACH program
- Strong background in payments and foreign exchange
- Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and communicate to executive management
- Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts with engineering teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools, particularly Jira
- Ability to write SQL queries and analyze data effectively
- Experience testing, integrating with, and interpreting APIs
Responsibilities
- Define and prioritize the product roadmap based on market trends, customer feedback, and business objectives
- Execute product initiatives across the product lifecycle from conception through launch
- Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for the Auth product area
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Gather and analyze customer and product feedback to inform decisions
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, compliance, and security to deliver products
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings and workshops to drive product development
- Set and track key performance metrics to measure product success
- Write technical documentation for internal and external audiences
- Analyze product performance and identify areas for improvement using data
