Senior Product Manager
About the Role
You will be the product champion for a Web3 wallet, owning strategy, roadmap, and execution. You will define product vision, prioritize features, and drive implementation of wallet features, account abstraction flows, and integrations. You will embed user research into development, define KPIs, perform market analysis, and coordinate with engineering, design, data, and compliance to deliver secure, user-friendly wallet experiences.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience
- At least 2+ years experience in blockchain, fintech, or consumer technology
- Extensive knowledge of blockchain technology and Web3 wallet design
- Knowledge of digital asset market trends
- Proven track record of shipping consumer facing products at scale
- Strong understanding of UX and UI principles and experience collaborating with design teams
- Excellent written and verbal English and ability to write crisp specifications
- Comfortable operating in fast paced high growth environments
- Experience with account abstraction decentralized identity or developer facing SDKs (nice to have)
- Familiarity with compliance and regulatory frameworks in crypto and fintech (nice to have)
- Exposure to dApp ecosystems DeFi or self custodial wallet products (nice to have)
- Prior work on a self custodial crypto wallet or DeFi app (very nice to have)
- Experience contributing to open source or Web3 communities (very nice to have)
Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the vision for the Web3 wallet
- Build and manage the wallet product roadmap
- Drive end to end delivery of wallet features and integrations
- Own backlog management and product specifications
- Champion exceptional UX and UI standards and embed user research
- Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, and Compliance to deliver launches
- Conduct competitive and market analysis to identify opportunities and risks
- Define and track KPIs to measure adoption, usability, and performance
