Senior Product Manager - Trading
About the Role
You will shape and execute the product vision and roadmap for trading and liquidity products. You will prioritize features based on market trends and customer feedback, lead product lifecycle from conception through launch, collaborate with engineering and design to deliver high-quality solutions, and measure product performance to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years experience in Product Management, specifically building trading products
- Strong background in FinTech, payments, blockchain, or financial markets and trade matching engines
- Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executive management
- Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts with engineering teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools, particularly Jira
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to write SQL queries
- Experience with testing and integrating to APIs
Responsibilities
- Develop and articulate a clear product vision and roadmap for the trading product stack
- Define and prioritize the product roadmap based on market trends, customer feedback, and business objectives
- Participate in all stages of the product life cycle from conception through launch
- Ensure continuous delivery of valuable solutions to customers
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product decisions
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging technologies
- Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver products
- Ensure alignment and effective communication across all teams
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings and workshops to drive product development
- Set and track key performance metrics to measure product success
- Analyze product performance and identify areas for improvement
