Senior Product Manager, World App
About the Role
You will own the World App roadmap and prioritize features and milestones for iOS and Android. You will partner with designers and engineers to implement decentralized finance and mobile-first financial products. You will translate high-level goals into actionable roadmaps, set timelines, work cross-functionally with stakeholders, and hire to scale the team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in fintech payments Web3 or DeFi
- Deep understanding of Web3 technologies and crypto-native experiences
- Proven ability to define product vision and go-to-market strategy
- Experience designing processes and navigating ambiguous environments
- Experience working on mobile-first products across iOS and Android
- Strong communication problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Degree in Computer Science Math or Statistics or equivalent engineering or design experience
- Experience as a founder or individual contributor leading product vision
- Bias towards action and ability to execute in fast-paced environments
