Senior Project Manager or Project Manager
About the Role
You will gather customer and internal requirements and translate them into projects and prioritized deliverables. You will define project scope, develop, execute, and manage project plans, and deliver solutions that meet customer needs while coordinating with internal teams. You will track product and technical roadmaps, maintain deliverables, identify and collaborate with stakeholders to drive impact, and represent project delivery as the primary contact on project status and services.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technology or business related field
- 7+ years of experience in software project management (for Senior Project Manager)
- 5+ years of experience in software project management (for Project Manager)
- 2+ years of experience in a technical environment with a broad cross functional team
- 2+ years of agile development experience
- Preferred: 2+ years of experience in complicated system integration or large scale refactoring
- Preferred: 2+ years of experience in Finance, Banking, FinTech, or Crypto related industry
