About the Role

Requirements

• 6–9 years of experience managing complex cross-functional projects, ideally in fintech financial services or technology
• Proven success delivering projects involving multiple partners integrations or global teams
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong accountability skills
• Strong communication skills to bring clarity and momentum
• Proficient with project management tools such as Asana Notion Monday and experienced in progress tracking and reporting
• Ability to thrive in global fast-paced environments with multiple concurrent initiatives
• Based in San Juan Puerto Rico with flexibility to collaborate across time zones
• PMP Agile or similar certifications (nice to have)
• Experience in partner integrations with banks processors or payment networks (nice to have)
• Background in Visa or Mastercard program operations or network value-added services (nice to have)
• Familiarity with compliance or regulatory-adjacent processes (nice to have)

Responsibilities

• Manage cross-functional projects
• Oversee partner integrations with banks and payment processors
• Coordinate across product business development operations compliance and finance
• Build and maintain project plans tracking systems and dashboards
• Identify dependencies surface risks and drive resolution
• Lead initiatives tied to Visa and Mastercard programs
• Support global expansion readiness across markets products and partners
• Establish scalable frameworks and processes for execution
