Senior QA Manual
About the Role
You will ensure the quality of web applications in a crypto payments environment. You will design, plan, and execute test strategies for new features and system integrations. You will perform manual testing and provide release support, validate post-release behavior, and reproduce user-reported issues. You will collaborate with product, development, and design to clarify requirements and ensure UI and UX consistency. You will monitor production systems using tools such as Sentry, OpenSearch, and Grafana and escalate live incidents when needed. You will test APIs, work with databases, and validate service to service integrations in microservice architectures. You will perform localization and internationalization testing across multiple regions and follow Git-flow practices when working with code and deployments.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of professional experience in Quality Assurance
- 1–2 years of experience with crypto related projects such as blockchain payment processing or digital wallets
- Strong experience in API testing and working with databases
- Experience testing microservices based architectures including service to service integrations
- Familiarity with production monitoring tools such as Sentry OpenSearch Grafana and Kibana
- Understanding of Git flow practices including branching strategies merge processes and deployment
- Hands on experience with localization and internationalization testing across multiple languages and regions
- Ability to test against design mockups and collaborate effectively with design teams
- Proactivity and a strong product mindset with focus on delivering high quality user experiences
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- English proficiency at B1 level or higher would be an advantage
- Nice to have: Experience with test automation preferably using TypeScript
- Nice to have: Knowledge of security testing practices in fintech and crypto domains
