Senior Relationship Manager
About the Role
You will serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact and trusted advisor for strategic B2B clients, driving onboarding, implementation, and go-live. You will manage billing and accounts receivable requests, lead monthly calls and quarterly business reviews, and contribute to revenue tracking and reporting. You will partner closely with Engineering, Product, Sales, Finance and Marketing to channel client needs into product and operational improvements, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, design data-driven reporting to measure satisfaction, and own retention and contract renewals. You will act as an escalation point for account issues, operate independently in a fast-paced environment, and travel to client sites and offices as required.
Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 5-7 years of experience in B2B relationship management
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Receptive to feedback and able to implement changes quickly
- Experience as a relationship builder, collaborative partner, and project manager
- Experience working in a complex ecosystem of SaaS or payments products
- Ability to translate complex business concepts into concise, structured conversations
- Travel up to 20% to offices and client locations
- Experience with contract negotiation and dispute resolution
- Experience in fintech, brokerage, and/or the crypto industry
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior and C-level executives
- Provide smooth onboarding and positive client experience during implementation and go-live
- Serve as first point of contact for billing, accounts receivable, and audit requests
- Organize and lead monthly calls and quarterly business reviews
- Contribute to monthly revenue tracking and reporting
- Advocate client needs to Engineering, Product, Sales, Finance and Marketing
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and promote product adoption
- Design and implement data driven reporting to track client satisfaction
- Own client retention and contract renewals
- Operate effectively in a dynamic and changing environment
- Act as internal buffer between clients and the leadership team
