Senior Sales Engineer
About the Role
You will act as the technical expert during sales engagements, leading integration and implementation for institutional clients and delivering staking products. You will run technical discovery, design solutions, conduct live product demonstrations, develop proofs of concept and documentation, and respond to client technical inquiries at both product and protocol levels.
Requirements
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset and ownership of technical solutions
- Strong understanding of and passion for crypto and staking
- Extensive experience as a sales engineer, solutions architect, or similar
- Proficient in at least one programming language with basic JavaScript scripting skills
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
- Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships
- Proficiency in conducting live product demonstrations
- Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with account executives and client product managers and tech leads to understand needs and position staking solutions
- Conduct live demonstrations of products to showcase functionality and capabilities
- Lead technical discovery, solution design, and implementation for client integrations
- Gather client feedback and collaborate with Product to refine offerings
- Serve as the client's trusted technical resource for staking inquiries at product and protocol levels
- Maintain timely communication and follow-up with clients to address questions and concerns
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and proofs of concept
