Senior Sales Operations Manager
About the Role
You will provide direct operational support to Go-To-Market teams in the APAC region. You will analyze data, build reports and dashboards, and provide strategic recommendations to sales leadership. You will maintain CRM hygiene, manage territory mapping, support BDR activities including prospecting and data enrichment, and enforce forecasting best practices. You will lead GTM analyses, support Quarterly Business Reviews, deliver sales enablement training, and partner with Finance, Deal Desk, Order Management, Product, Legal, Customer Success and Marketing to execute strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- 7+ years experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations or Customer Success Operations in B2B SaaS
- Experience in Fintech companies is a plus
- Proficiency with CRM and CPQ tools such as Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ
- Experience with sales tools such as Gong, Outreach and Clay is a plus
- Understanding of sales methodologies including Command of the Message and MEDDPICC and forecasting best practices
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills
- Demonstrated strategic thinking and stakeholder management
- Deep understanding of B2B SaaS go-to-market models, sales territories and segmentation strategies
- Strong analytical skills with Excel and experience building charts and presentations; Tableau experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic recommendations and business insights to regional leadership through data analysis
- Provide day-to-day ad-hoc administrative support to BDRs, Sales Directors, Sales Engineers and Customer Success teams
- Support BDR activities including prospecting, target lists, data uploads and enrichment
- Drive CRM adoption and enforce forecasting best practices and data hygiene
- Maintain CRM hygiene and accurate territory mapping
- Deliver reports, dashboards and business insights to enable sales and cross-functional partners
- Execute GTM planning cycles including territory assignments, whitespace analysis and coverage recommendations
- Manage and support Quarterly Business Reviews
- Lead or participate in Salesforce development, sales process development, market expansion, product introductions and business analyses
- Deliver sales enablement training and participate in operational meetings
- Partner with Finance/Revenue Operations, Deal Desk, Order Management, Product, Legal, Customer Success and Marketing on strategic initiatives
