Senior Sales Recruiter

About the Role

You will build and run a high-velocity recruiting engine focused on Sales roles. You will manage the full recruiting lifecycle from intake to offer, design interview processes, configure plans in the ATS, and conduct recruiter screens. You will develop creative sourcing and outreach strategies, analyze recruiting metrics and conversion data, provide actionable insights to hiring managers, and continuously refine processes to improve hiring efficiency and candidate experience. You will operate asynchronously across time zones and maintain scheduled alignment with hiring teams.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience in high-growth US-headquartered tech startups
  • Proven experience hiring hard-to-fill roles using sourcing tools and market research
  • Experience developing personalized outreach strategies
  • Ability to analyze and interpret recruiting metrics and conversion rates
  • Ability to quickly familiarize with new roles and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional communication skills to partner with hiring managers and manage expectations
  • Strong persistence and results-oriented mindset
