Senior Site Reliability Engineer
About the Role
You will design, build, and operate scalable, highly available cloud infrastructure primarily on AWS. You will manage and evolve Kubernetes environments, define and implement Infrastructure as Code using tools like Terraform, CDK, or Crossplane, and automate provisioning, configuration, maintenance, and monitoring. You will investigate and resolve incidents, perform root cause analysis, participate in on-call rotations, and contribute to SRE best practices, internal tooling, and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering DevOps or related infrastructure roles
- Deep expertise in AWS including EC2 S3 Lambda CloudWatch and IAM
- Strong proficiency with Kubernetes cluster management scaling and troubleshooting
- Extensive experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform Pulumi or Crossplane
- Scripting or programming skills in Python Bash or Go with focus on automation
- Working knowledge of managed database services such as Amazon RDS Aurora or PostgreSQL
- Excellent problem solving and debugging skills with a systems thinking mindset
- Strong communication skills for remote collaborative work
Responsibilities

- Automate infrastructure provisioning configuration maintenance and monitoring
- Apply security observability and cost optimization best practices
- Manage and optimize managed databases such as Amazon RDS and Aurora
- Investigate and resolve incidents perform root cause analysis and implement long term fixes
- Participate in on call rotations and support critical production systems
- Contribute to SRE best practices internal tooling and knowledge sharing
