Senior Software Engineer, Brokerage
About the Role
You will design, develop, and maintain production-grade crypto brokerage systems that are scalable, secure, and reliable. You will own end-to-end feature development from architecture through testing and deployment. You will optimize system performance and operational efficiency, participate in design reviews and code reviews, and mentor junior engineers. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver features that meet customer needs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software development experience
- Proficiency in one or more of Go (Golang), Kotlin, Rust, Java, C++ or Python
- Strong computer science fundamentals including data structures and algorithms
- Experience designing, developing and maintaining production services
- Ability to write high-quality, maintainable and well-documented code
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Effective collaboration and communication with cross-functional teams
- Passion for learning and applying new technologies
