Senior Software Engineer, Custody
About the Role
You will architect, build, and maintain crypto custody infrastructure and applications. You will design and implement secure, scalable, and reliable services for multi-blockchain custody, optimize issuance infrastructure for performance and latency, and operate production systems. You will collaborate with product compliance and infrastructure stakeholders to define architecture and requirements, participate in code reviews and architectural discussions, mentor junior engineers, and monitor emerging trends in blockchain distributed systems security and financial technology to inform technical decisions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Go Java Kotlin Rust Python or C++
- Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals including data structures algorithms and distributed system design
- Experience building and maintaining cloud-native services with Kubernetes Docker Kafka and AWS
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills in production environments
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Experience with high-throughput low-latency systems trading infrastructure cryptography or custody platforms (preferred)
- Passion for innovation and delivering technical solutions
Responsibilities
