Senior Software Engineer - Graph Analytics
About the Role
You will design and implement scalable graph systems and algorithms that analyze large cryptocurrency transaction networks across multiple blockchains. You will collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and investigators to translate requirements into production features, optimize distributed data processing, and communicate technical tradeoffs to diverse stakeholders. You will own features end-to-end, prototype research ideas, and integrate heterogeneous data inputs to support risk scoring and investigative workflows.
Requirements
- Academic background in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or Physics
- Strong knowledge of algorithm design and data structures
- Experience optimizing large-scale distributed data processing systems such as Apache Spark, Hadoop, or Dask
- Experience with distributed graph databases or graph processing systems
- Experience converting academic research into production software
- Strong programming experience with Python and SQL
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Proven ability to lead and deliver features end-to-end
- Autonomous, delivery-oriented work style
- Knowledge of basic graph theory concepts
