Senior Software Engineer - MetaMask (Growth)
About the Role
You will build and enhance MetaMask's growth engine, implement user-centric solutions across Extension, Mobile, and Web clients, and contribute to backend APIs and middlewares that power those experiences. You will create intuitive, efficient, and secure Web3 interactions, collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers, participate in code reviews, and help maintain high code quality standards.
Requirements
- 3+ years working with mobile-based technologies
- 3+ years building websites and applications
- Experience with React
- Experience with React Native
- Strong knowledge of modern JavaScript and TypeScript
- Familiarity with blockchain fundamentals and Web3 integration
- Working knowledge of cross-platform and browser compatibility
- Experience working with APIs and middleware services
- Experience working in an agile development team
- Experience with clean code practices testing and coding standards
- Understanding of web-based security considerations
- Good verbal and written communication in English
- Teamwork flexibility and organization
- Eagerness to learn and grow technical skills
- Ability to balance technical quality with business needs and user experience
