Senior Software Security Analyst and Engineer

About the Role

You will perform security research and analysis on system designs, specifications and implementations. You will conduct manual code reviews, document findings with clear remediation recommendations, and design and build tools or mitigations to improve security and privacy. You will communicate findings to stakeholders, collaborate across projects, and contribute to both client engagements and internal initiatives.

Requirements

  • Expert knowledge of one or more languages such as Rust, Go, C++, Circom, Zokrates, Solidity, JavaScript, or Clarity
  • Expert knowledge of theoretical cryptography and its implementations or expert knowledge of distributed systems and consensus mechanism analysis
  • Proven experience performing manual code reviews and security assessments
  • Familiarity with current security best practices and vulnerability classes
  • Experience with blockchain ecosystems such as Ethereum, Polygon, Mina, Stacks, Cosmos, or Substrate
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
