Senior Staff DevOps Engineer
About the Role
You will deliver, upgrade, and maintain infrastructure with high cybersecurity standards across development, test, staging, and production environments. You will drive and operate CI/CD pipelines, configure and run multi-cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure), implement containerization and orchestration, and improve reliability and DORA metrics. You will collaborate with developers, SREs, product managers, and cross-cutting infrastructure teams, empower development teams day-to-day, and produce strong documentation while planning for platform growth and high availability.
Requirements
- DevSecOps engineering mindset
- 4+ years experience as a Software Engineer
- 5+ years experience as an SRE, Dev(Sec)Ops Engineer, Security Engineer, or similar
- Familiarity with JavaScript, Node.js, and TypeScript
- Familiarity with Go
- Familiarity with Python
- Experience with AWS and/or Azure
- Experience with Kubernetes and Helm
- Experience with containerization
- Experience configuring CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub, CircleCI)
- Experience with monitoring systems such as Prometheus
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
- Good understanding of networking concepts including load balancers, routers, WAFs, and ingress controllers
- Experience building highly secure infrastructures with no single point of failure, high availability, and disaster recovery
- Ability to operate in a decentralized team and remote working environment
- Strong documentation practices
- Willingness to submit to background checks including employment, education, and criminal record checks
Responsibilities
