Senior Strategic Account Manager

About the Role

You will act as the primary point of contact for customers, managing day-to-day and strategic needs to maximize ROI. You will translate complex product and technical problems into simple, actionable solutions, advise customers on fraud and compliance best practices, build and communicate KPIs, provide strategic analysis, and work with risk analytics to proactively solve new fraud typologies.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Account Management Customer Success Risk Management or Solutions Architecture within B2B SaaS
  • 5+ years of domain experience in compliance fintech or AML KYC
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to draw insights from data
  • Proficiency with business intelligence tools
  • Experience translating complex strategies into actionable processes
  • Proven relationship building and collaboration skills
  • Strong presentation skills for virtual and in-person meetings
  • Previous customer-facing experience preferably with a technical product
  • Exceptional project management skills
  • Demonstrated process improvement orientation

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers
  • Manage a handful of customers and maximize their ROI in Sardine
  • Build a thorough understanding of product, technology, and strategy and communicate it to customers
  • Translate complex product and technology problems into simple actionable solutions
  • Advise customers on fraud and compliance best practices
  • Build monitor and communicate KPIs to clients
  • Provide strategic analysis and long-term expansion planning
  • Collaborate with risk analytics and data science to solve new fraud typologies
