Senior Talent Partner
About the Role
You will lead end-to-end recruiting processes for cross-company roles, prioritizing hiring quality and coaching hiring managers on interviews, scorecards and feedback. You will design and implement talent development programs (OKRs, performance, learning and language initiatives), co-create learning content and career plans, and build dashboards, reports and automations to generate actionable people insights.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition in tech or high-growth environments
- Hybrid background or strong interest in Talent Development
- Experience working with senior leaders and prioritizing business needs
- Experience with recruiting and analytics tools (ATS, Looker, HiBob or similar)
- High ownership, systemic thinking and strong execution
- Portuguese language is a plus
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruiting processes for cross-company positions
- Prioritize candidate quality and assess competencies and cultural fit
- Coach hiring managers on interviews, scorecards and feedback
- Define critical profiles and support workforce planning
- Design materials and processes to improve interview quality
- Design and implement programs for OKRs, performance, feedback and learning
- Co-create learning content, sessions and resources with area leaders
- Develop upskilling strategies and career plans for key roles
- Create dashboards, indicators and reports to measure initiative impact
- Automate and document key people processes
- Provide actionable insights from HR systems, ATS and surveys
