Senior Talent Researcher

About the Role

You will lead high-quality talent research to surface top candidates for specialized technical and executive roles. You will build organizational charts and talent maps, produce longlists and market snapshots, and deliver compensation and location insights. You will partner with recruiters and hiring managers to translate hiring needs into actionable search frameworks, maintain candidate pools, and improve research tooling, templates, and data hygiene.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in talent research, executive search, or sourcing with a strong research component
  • Ability to build talent maps and org charts for technical or executive roles
  • Experience using LinkedIn Insights, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, deep research techniques, and Airtable or Google Sheets
  • Analytical mindset with ability to generate insights from data and present them concisely
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with comfort collaborating asynchronously across time zones
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and shifting priorities in a high-growth environment
  • Bonus: research experience in blockchain infrastructure, crypto security, fintech fraud, or government threat intelligence

  • Deliver competitive talent insights including compensation and location trends
  • Maintain and refresh longlists and passive candidate pools
  • Improve tooling, workflows, templates, and data accuracy for the research function
