Senior Tax Analyst, Corporate Tax
About the Role
You will strengthen and expand a global tax framework, ensuring compliance, operational efficiency, and accurate tax reporting. You will manage U.S. federal, state, and international tax compliance, prepare tax provisions and reconciliations, support transfer pricing and global tax planning initiatives, drive process automation, collaborate with Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, Legal and local advisors, and respond to ad-hoc tax requests.
Requirements
- 5+ years of US and international tax experience with top-tier accounting or consulting firms or blockchain/crypto companies
- Strong US federal and state tax knowledge and experience assisting with international tax and foreign local tax
- Ability to perform tax research and form opinions on US and international tax matters
- Proven track record of ownership and organization of tax compliance, reporting, and operational processes
- Ability to prepare and maintain audit-ready tax workpapers and documentation
- Solid foundation in accounting principles including reconciliation of tax accounts
- Experience with global tax provision processes and controls
- Experience with transfer pricing workpapers and documentation
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Effective time management and prioritization skills
