Senior Technical Account Manager
About the Role
You will own technical relationships with enterprise and high-growth customers and act as their primary technical partner. You will help customers design, implement, and launch end-to-end web3 solutions using APIs, wallets, and payments. You will troubleshoot complex technical issues, coordinate with engineering for resolutions, and translate technical work into measurable business outcomes. You will proactively manage customer health, identify risks and expansion opportunities, and automate workflows to improve scalability.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Technical Account Manager, Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or similar customer-facing technical role
- Strong experience supporting or selling APIs and developer platforms
- Solid understanding of modern web APIs and ability to explain technical concepts to varied audiences
- Hands-on technical troubleshooting experience and comfort working closely with engineering teams
- Experience managing long-term enterprise customer relationships
- Customer orientation with a bias toward outcomes and ownership
- Analytical mindset and comfort using data to assess customer health and success
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Passion for web3, crypto, and programmable finance
- Hands-on experience with smart contracts and deploying contracts in Solidity (strong plus)
- Familiarity with ERC721 and ERC1155 standards (strong plus)
- Proficiency in TypeScript or Python (strong plus)
- Experience using Postman and working extensively with REST APIs (strong plus)
- Understanding of wallets, signing flows, and onchain transaction lifecycles (strong plus)
Responsibilities
- Own and grow relationships with key enterprise customers
- Act as primary technical point of contact for customers building with APIs, wallets, payments, and infrastructure
- Design, implement, and launch end-to-end web3 solutions using APIs and wallets
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and coordinate with engineering to resolve them
- Develop deep expertise in blockchain, stablecoins, wallets, and tokenization
- Manage customer health, identify risks and expansion opportunities
- Provide structured customer feedback to influence product and engineering roadmap
- Automate workflows and processes using scripting, Zapier, and AI tools
- Operate effectively in a fast-moving environment with evolving products and customer needs
