Senior Technical Account Manager
About the Role
You will act as the trusted technical advisor for enterprise customers after adoption. You will lead onboarding, enablement, and training to accelerate time-to-value, optimize and review deployed architectures for scalability performance cost efficiency and security, and deliver technical workshops and roadmap sessions. You will proactively monitor account health identify risks and implement remediation plans, build strategic relationships across engineering and executive stakeholders, and capture customer insights to inform product priorities. You will stay current on blockchain and Web3 trends to advise on Layer 2 scaling cross-chain protocols and AI x Web3 use cases.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in a technical customer-facing role such as Technical Account Manager Solutions Architect Sales Engineer or Customer Success Engineer
- Proficiency in programming languages such as TypeScript Go Python or Rust
- Experience with cloud platforms including AWS GCP or Azure
- Solid understanding of Web3 technologies including JSON-RPC protocols blockchain API and major networks such as EVM Solana and Bitcoin
- Ability to conduct architectural reviews identify optimization opportunities and advise on secure scalable deployments
- Proven track record of building trusted technical partnerships that drive retention and account expansion
- Strong communication and presentation skills for executive and engineering audiences
- Experience translating complex technical concepts into clear actionable business strategies
- Familiarity with advanced blockchain concepts such as Layer 2 scaling cross-chain protocols and security best practices
Responsibilities
- Partner with Customer Success Managers and Sales to identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts
- Act as the primary technical advisor and advocate for enterprise accounts to ensure measurable outcomes through adoption retention and growth
- Lead onboarding enablement and training sessions to accelerate time-to-value
- Optimize solution architectures post-sale advising on scalability performance tuning cost efficiency and security best practices
- Create and deliver technical workshops quarterly business reviews and roadmap sessions
- Proactively monitor account health identify risks and implement action plans
- Build trusted strategic relationships across customer organizations from engineers to executives
- Capture customer insights and feature requests and partner with Product and Engineering
- Stay ahead of blockchain trends and guide enterprises on emerging technologies
