Senior Technical Recruiter

About the Role

You will own end-to-end technical recruitment across engineering and trading technology. You will partner with senior stakeholders to shape hiring plans and workforce strategy, build strong candidate pipelines in competitive markets, and expand into broader HR responsibilities including workforce planning, organizational design, performance and development processes, employee lifecycle and engagement. You will act as a trusted people partner to the technology organisation and work across European and US time zones.

Requirements

  • Degree qualified in a relevant field such as HR Business Psychology or STEM
  • Strong experience in senior technical recruitment within complex high-bar environments
  • Desire to evolve beyond recruitment into a broader HR role
  • Comfortable working across European and US time zones
  • Mature self-directed and pragmatic with sound judgement
  • Confident operating autonomously
  • Clear communicator who can build trust quickly with technical and senior stakeholders
