Senior Technical Recruiter - Contract

About the Role

You will build and run a high-velocity recruiting engine that identifies and engages top talent. You will manage the full recruiting lifecycle for a variety of roles, design interview plans, conduct recruiter screens, and create excellent candidate experiences. You will develop creative sourcing and outreach strategies, analyze recruiting metrics and market data to refine approaches, and continuously improve hiring processes to increase efficiency and conversion rates. You will coordinate with hiring managers, share actionable insights, and maintain timely execution against hiring timelines.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of recruiting experience in high-growth US-headquartered tech startups
  • Proven experience hiring hard-to-fill roles
  • Expertise with sourcing tools and market research
  • Experience developing personalized outreach strategies
  • Ability to analyze and interpret recruiting metrics and conversion data
  • Ability to quickly learn new roles and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional communication skills and stakeholder management
  • Strong persistence and results-oriented mindset
  • Ability to maintain at least a four-hour overlap with Pacific Standard Time for collaboration

  • Monitor search performance and iterate based on data
